(“COSM” or “Defendant”) concerning the cyberattack carried out by an unauthorized third party on COSM’s computer systems discovered by Defendant on June 11, 2023, that potentially resulted in the access of certain Private Information by an unauthorized third party (the “Data Incident”).&nbsp;</li><li style="text-align:justify;">The lawsuit is called&nbsp;In Re: Coastal Orthopedics &amp; Sports Medicine of Southwest Florida Data Breach Litigation, Case No. 2024-CA-001078AX&nbsp;(the “Litigation”).
